Finally!! I just received my copy of the DVD of the 145th anniversay reenactment of the Battle of Gettysburg, as you all know I attended on July 4, 2008. I can't wait to watch it! Hats off to the talented folks at
Lionheart Filmworks for their tremendous efforts in capturing this event. My review shortly!

Loved the entire blog!
It sounds like the DVD is now available, but I was unable to get the website to allow me to place an order.
I believe it was your blog on the 24th "chat site" that led me to buy Force's book.
We have much in common. My grandfather had two uncles - Alfred Ryder (1st MI Cavalry, Co. H; MWIA at Hunterstown 7/2) and John Ryder (24th MI Infantry, Co. C; KIA at Gettysburg 7/1). The family farm was where the Ford Transmission plant at Plymouth and Newburgh Roads now stands.
Thank you!
Hi Bullfrog, so nice to hear from another Michigan Cavalry Brigade / Iron Brigade descendant! I know the intersection of Plymouth and Newburgh very well ... fascinating. I will always think of them now when I drive past.
Here's another web address where you can purchase the Gettysburg 145th anniversary reenactment DVD: http://www.historynetshop.com/cgdh.html. Please stay in touch and Merry Christmas!
